Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our performance marketing team. This role involves planning and executing ad campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Google platforms for global D2C brands, primarily targeting the US, GCC, and UK markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media buying, audience segmentation, and performance analytics. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns on TikTok, Google, and Meta platforms. International Market Focus: Strategize media buying for international audiences (US, GCC, UK). Data Analysis: Leverage Shopify data and performance metrics to inform buying strategy. Reporting: Build dashboards and performance insights using Google Looker Studio. Collaboration: Work closely with creatives and analytics teams to improve ROAS. Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns. Qualifications Experience: 24 years in paid media buying with a focus on TikTok, Google, and Meta Ads. International Exposure: Proven track record in running campaigns targeting US, GCC, and UK markets. Technical Skills: Proficiency in TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Shopify. Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of CAC, AOV, ROAS, and full-funnel KPIs. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Agency or FMCG D2C brand experience is a plus.,
