Job Title: Air Ticketing Executive Job Summary: The Air Ticketing Executive is responsible for booking, issuing, and managing air travel tickets for customers. This role involves using airline reservation systems, providing customer service, handling ticket changes or cancellations, and ensuring accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities: Book and issue domestic and international flight tickets. Assist customers with flight inquiries and modifications. Ensure accuracy of ticket details and pricing. Maintain records of bookings and transactions. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any travel-related issues. Stay updated on airline policies and travel regulations. Requirements: Experience in air ticketing and GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.). Strong communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of travel documentation (passports, visas) is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
