Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the school's curriculum program. Prepare instructional aids and supplemental teaching materials. Assess students" strengths and weaknesses, tailoring instructions to individual learning needs. Instruct students in English subjects to prepare them for various examinations. Maintain an organized and disciplined classroom conducive to learning. Communicate regularly with parents to discuss the student's progress and address any concerns. Stay updated with the latest instructional best practices and curriculum developments in the CBSE board. Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in education, English, or a related field. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized institution. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school. Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum for English . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
