Responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Testing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing. You will also provide IT support, ensuring our applications are running smoothly and efficiently. Experience with HRMS systems is a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct manual and automated testing of applications to ensure high-quality software delivery. - Write and execute comprehensive test cases and scripts - Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects throughout the software development lifecycle. - Perform regression, performance, and functional testing to maintain the quality of our HRMS platform. - Provide IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting Clients with software-related queries. - Establish testing strategies and optimize testing processes. - Stay updated with industry best practices, Research and Development for product enhancement and emerging testing tools to enhance efficiency. Required Skills: - Proven experience in manual testing and automation testing, - Proficiency in Robot Framework or Selenium is advantageous -Familiarity with development technologies like Django/Python is a plus. - Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools for automation. - Understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with HRMS systems is a significant plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Ability to provide the necessary IT Support. -Good Communication Skills Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience in IT support roles, providing assistance to end-users/clients. - Knowledge of additional automation tools and technologies is a plus. -Some Development background would be advantageous - Familiarity with agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
