Job Description Test Prep Head MTG is hiring for competent Leader for its Testprep /Competition Segment with proven leadership skills in managing Sales Team and to strengthen revenue, market position, Team building and profit growth for assigned business vertical. Desired Exp Min. 20yrs & above (Preferably from Publishing/Education Industry) Education Graduate/MBA/PG Diploma from Institute of Repute in Sales & Marketing thru Regular Mode. Core Competency required: Exposure to Test Prep Market (IIT/JEE&NEET Segment) with proven track record in Institutional Sales. Ability to handle large team size of around 100+ field sales and In-house. Consistent in driving team to meet or exceed Sales Target and contribute revenue generation. Brand Management and adaptability to technology. Market awareness and synchronizing team to focus with market demands. Required Skills: Must have Excellent People Management Skills Outstanding interpersonal and business communication skills. Innovative and have an eye for detail.
