Experience: 3-5yrs(Test engineer) and 5-8yrs(Test Lead) Location: Trivandrum/Bangalore (Based on requirement must travel to Qatar) Position Description : Seeking skilled professional Test engineer and Test Lead with proven expertise in Card-based banking solutions and Digital Banking platforms. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Credit, Debit, WPS, and Pre-paid cards, Card Management Systems (Prime/Way4), Customer journey testing, UAT execution, and regulatory tech projects, including wallet/tokenization initiatives. Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end testing efforts for card and digital banking systems. Define test strategy, test plans, and oversee execution for multiple test cycles. Coordinate with stakeholders including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers. Guide and mentor test engineers in creating test scenarios, UAT scripts, and defect management. Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases and defect closure. Drive compliance testing for projects involving regulatory authorities and security standards. Oversee integration testing across CMS (Prime, Way4), banking channels (mobile, internet, ATM), and wallet/token systems.
