Job Description
The primary responsibilities for this role include identifying potential dealers and bringing them on board, meeting monthly sales targets for E-Rickshaw sales, conducting field visits, product demonstrations, and dealer meetings, as well as nurturing strong customer and dealer relationships. You will also be expected to achieve the assigned monthly sales and collection targets. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Electric Vehicles, Automobile, or FMCG sales. A Graduate or HS Pass qualification with field sales experience is required. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, and you must have your own two-wheeler and smartphone. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. Proficiency in Bengali is preferred, and a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is also preferred. The work location is in person.,
