Role Summary As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships in your assigned territory. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, visiting clients on-site, and promoting our products and services to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities 1) Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, referrals, cold calls, and networking. 2) Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive experience 3) Product Promotion & Demonstration: Present and effectively promote our products/services, demonstrating their value to various customer segments. 4) Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively closing deals and following up on leads. 5) On-Ground Branding Support: Assisted with localized marketing campaigns and ensured our visibility in the assigned region. 6) Reporting & CRM Updates: Keep CRM and sales records updated with accurate client interaction data 7) Customer Feedback & Coordination: Share customer insights with internal teams for continuous product and service improvement.
