Job Description
As a Tendering Manager at our company, you will be required to have 10-15 years of work experience in Construction, Infrastructure Companies, or Architects. Your educational qualification should be B.E in Civil Engineering. We are looking for a male candidate between the age limit of 28 to 35 years. Proficiency in IT skills such as MS Projects, MS Office, AutoCAD, and smartphone operations is necessary. Knowledge of Tamil, English, and Hindi is preferable. Your key responsibilities will include checking various Tender search systems daily to identify contracts that could be of interest to the company for bidding or market intelligence purposes. You will be responsible for preparing, planning, organizing, and controlling all preliminary cost estimates, value engineering in the tendering stage, budgeting, pre & post-tender QS activities, billing, and contract management. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with all support functions and departments to ensure timely and adequate availability of resources to project site management.
