Position - Tendering Executive / Senior Tendering Executive ( Interior Fitout ) Location - Gurgaon sec - 30 Salary - 40 to 55k only Working Days - 6 Experience - 4 to 7 yrs Timing - 10 to 7 pm , 9:30 to 6:30 pm Job Title: Senior Tendering Executive Interior Fitout Tender Management: Oversee the end-to-end tendering process, from identifying opportunities to final submission, ensuring deadlines are met. Bid Preparation: Coordinate, prepare, and compile comprehensive bid documents, including cost estimates, technical proposals, and design specifications tailored to interior fitout projects. Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams (design, project management, procurement, and finance) to gather necessary data and ensure alignment on project scope and pricing. Client Interaction: Analyze client tender requirements, respond to queries, and participate in pre-bid meetings or negotiations as needed. Documentation: Review tender documents, vet incoming tenders, and ensure all submissions adhere to client specifications, industry standards, and company branding guidelines. Market Research: Collect and analyze market intelligence, supplier quotes, and competitor data to develop competitive pricing and strategies. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in tenders and propose mitigation strategies to senior management. Compliance: Ensure all bids comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements specific to interior fitout projects.
