Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Consultant to manage the end-to-end process of government and private tenders. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in tender documentation, bid preparation, and e-tendering portals, with strong communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify relevant tenders from various e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, eProc, etc.)
- Understand tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission guidelines
- Prepare technical and financial bid documents as per tender specifications
- Coordinate with clients/vendors for document collection and clarification
- Upload bids and manage online submissions before the deadline
- Follow up on tender results and maintain bid tracking reports
- Coordinate with departments for tender corrigendums and updates
- Assist in preparing JV proposals, undertaking letters, and compliance documents
