The Telesales representative role is a full-time on-site position for a Client in the beauty, skin care, and Cosmetic center located in Chennai. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, providing exceptional customer service and support, and driving sales efforts effectively. Your daily tasks will involve making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and meeting sales targets through engaging communication and customer interaction. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in lead generation, sales, customer service, and customer support. Excellent communication abilities are essential, along with the ability to maintain CRM records accurately. Ideally, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales within the beauty, cosmetic, and wellness industry.
