A fast-growing NBFC is looking for Sales Telecallers /Telesales to power its Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential customers to explain product offerings and identify loan needs
- Inbound Handling: Manage incoming loan inquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Nurture leads, schedule field appointments, and support the end-to-end sales process
- Customer Coordination: Assist clients with documentation and eligibility queries
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain lead records and share regular updates with supervisors
Candidate Requirement:
- Education: Graduate
- Excellent verbal skills in English, Hindi
- A persuasive communicator with strong follow-up habits
- 1 to2 years of experience in telecalling for financial products (Home Loans/LAP preferred)
- Knowledge of loan processes, Excel/CRM systems is a bonus
