Hiring for Telesales Executive ( Educational & Real Estate Domain) Location: Anna Nagar , Mylapore Responsibilities: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, market research, and networking. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to achieve and exceed sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct effective client presentations, addressing their needs and positioning our tele-sales solutions as valuable assets. Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry. TeleSales Execution: Conduct high-quality tele-sales interactions to promote products or services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Use persuasive communication skills to close deals and achieve sales targets. Qualifications: Any Bachelors degree Good Communication in English and Tamil. Proven experience in tele-sales, with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
