Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, explaining our products, generating sales, and achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain product details.
• Convert inquiries into sales while maintaining a high conversion rate.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
• Follow up with potential leads for closing sales.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Basic computer knowledge.
