? Database Management: Tele Sales Executive maintain accurate and up-to-date records of
calls, leads, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
system.
? Performance Matrix: Tele Sales Executive are evaluated based on key performance
indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rate, lead quality, and sales targets.
? Continuous Learning: Tele Sales Executive Engage in ongoing training and skill development
to enhance communication skills, product knowledge, objection handling, and sales
