Job Description
We are hiring Telecaller / Sales Executive for IndiaMART lead calling, follow-ups, and order conversion.
The candidate will handle incoming & outgoing calls, share product details/catalogues, send quotations, and maintain follow-up until the deal is closed.
Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to IndiaMART leads and attend incoming inquiry calls.
- Contact new leads promptly and follow up regularly until closure.
- Share product details, catalogues, quotations, and prices via WhatsApp/email.
- Explain product features, uses, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Convince customers and convert leads into confirmed sales orders.
- Maintain accurate lead status, remarks, and follow-up schedules in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships for repeat business.
- Provide regular updates to management and escalate high-value opportunities.
