Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care cum Tele Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve issues, and promote products or services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction while also achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

• Key Responsibilities:Customer Care:Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints, queries, and requests efficiently and in a courteous manner.
• Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to provide accurate information.
• Ensure follow-up on customer interactions to guarantee resolution and satisfaction.
• Record all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Tele Sales:Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to sell products/services.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or product recommendations.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and call quotas.
• Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer responses.
• Requirements and Skills:Proven experience in customer service and/or tele sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong sales ability and persuasive communication.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and call center systems.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, typing).
• Minimum qualification: DEGREE.
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in gold industry, jewellery, manufacturing.
• Proficiency in English and local/regional languages.
• Positive attitude, patience, and passion for customer satisfaction
