Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Call Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound sales calls, generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining excellent customer relationships to meet or exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

Receive and handle incoming customer calls, inquiries, and sales opportunities.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.

Maintain a deep knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

Generate leads and follow up on potential prospects.

Record call details, sales activities, and customer feedback in the CRM system.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Handle objections and negotiate to close sales effectively.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

Provide excellent after-sales service and follow-ups.


Qualifications :

High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Proven experience in a tele-sales, call center, or customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Comfortable working with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

Target-driven with a passion for sales.
