Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our DSA team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our financial products, and converting leads into successful sales.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to leads provided or sourced through campaigns.
- Explain features and benefits of financial products (e.g., personal loans, home loans, credit cards).
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Follow up on leads to ensure effective conversion and closure.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the field sales team when required for documentation or meetings.
