Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential or existing customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections and resolve queries effectively.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and competitors.
