A Telesales Representative is responsible for selling products or services over the phone. They engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and persuade them to make a purchase. They also build and maintain customer relationships, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling: Promoting products and services to customers, both new and existing, and closing sales.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
• Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and creating leads for the sales team.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant information.
