-We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, closing sales deals over the phone, and maintaining good customer relationships.
* Key Responsibilities :
-Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
-Promote and sell products/services to meet sales targets.
-Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and answer customer questions.
-Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
-Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales pipeline.
-Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.
-Handle objections and convert potential leads into successful sales.
-Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve customer experience.
-Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
