Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales. This role is best suited for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.
- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Present products or services over the phone in a professional manner
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain customer databases and update contact information regularly
- Handle queries, objections, and provide solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams as needed
- Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or local language
- Ability to convince and negotiate
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.)
- Previous experience in telesales or call center is an advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
