Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible closing travel packages, and building strong relationships with clients. You will represent our travel services and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, converting leads into confirmed bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options and itineraries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up for repeat business.
- Collaborate with suppliers, airlines, and tour operators for best pricing and availability.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, visa regulations, and destination knowledge.
- Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages (flights, hotels, tours, etc.).
- Represent the agency at events, exhibitions, or networking activities when required.
