Telesales Executive Dawaa Dost

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database/leads.
• Explain the products or services clearly and effectively.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions.
• Record customer information and conversations in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of telesales or telemarketing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
