Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospects and convert leads into sales
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
