Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Executives to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, generate leads, explain our product/service, and successfully convert leads into verified users/customers (ID creation).


Hindi Must be fluent. Please don't apply if you are not fluent in Hindi.



Key Responsibilities:


Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.


Clearly explain the product or service, answer queries, and convince prospects to register or create an ID.


Maintain follow-ups with interested leads and push them toward successful conversion.


Update CRM systems or Excel sheets with call outcomes and lead status.


Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.


Handle customer objections professionally and maintain a positive brand image.


Report feedback from prospects to help improve pitch and marketing.



Requirements:


Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or any customer interaction role preferred.


Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English.


Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.


Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with spreadsheets or CRM tools.


Freshers with good communication and willingness to learn are welcome.
