Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Making a high volume of calls to prospective customers. 
• Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads. 
• Product/Service Explanation: Clearly and effectively communicating product or service information. 
• Sales Support: Scheduling appointments, closing sales (depending on the role), and following up on leads. 
• Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. 
• Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress. 
• Meeting Targets: Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
