Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Respond to inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide detailed information about products or services.
- Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Handle customer objections and close sales professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport.
- Participate in training and sales meetings to improve performance.
- Requirements:Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Preferred Skills:Prior experience in [insert industry, e.g., insurance, tech sales].
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
- Familiarity with remote calling tools and CRM platforms.
