Job Description
Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or promotions.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and follow up with interested customers to close deals or schedule appointments.
Customer Support: Handle inbound queries, resolve basic customer issues, and provide information as needed.
Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to overall team performance and sales goals.
