Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales calls, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with internal teams. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets and similar software are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Sales Calls:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide information about products/services.
• Achieve sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.

Customer Service:

• Address customer queries and concerns via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Internal Team Coordination:

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and support, to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
• Share customer feedback with relevant teams to enhance product/service offerings.

 Data Entry and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Use Google Sheets and other software tools for data entry, reporting, and analysis.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products/services to effectively communicate with potential customers.
• Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and competitors
