Telesales Executive Pulse Point Digital Solutions

Job Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to potential leads (organic & paid leads)
• Understand client needs and pitch suitable digital marketing services
• Follow up with leads via call/WhatsApp/email until conversion
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper CRM entries and call records
• Coordinate with internal teams after closing deals
• Handle client objections with confidence and provide solutions
• Report performance updates to the sales lead/manager

Specific Requirements:

• Fluent in Tamil & English (must)
• Minimum 2 years of tele sales or customer handling experience
• Strong in communication and persuasion
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training will be provided)
• Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools
• Must be target-driven and motivated by incentives
• Willing to work 6 days/week (Sunday off)
• Need to achieve daily, weekly & monthly targets
• Must have laptop/desktop
