Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Person to join our growing real estate team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, a good understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively to drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into successful sales through various channels (calls, walk-ins, online platforms, referrals).
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Maintain client relationships for future business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive campaigns and promotions.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest real estate trends, developments, and competitors in the Noida market.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred) or 12th Pass.
  • Fresher to 5 years of experience in real estate or direct sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong result-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office.
