We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive who is fluent in Hindi to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in Hindi, coupled with a confident to effectively engage with hot leads and existing customers.
Job Role-
- Communicate fluently in Hindi to engage with potential customers and existing clients.
- Proactively reach out to hot leads which was provided by Divyaarth Ayurveda on phone calls.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
- Refill orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers to increase their lifetime value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Should be able to sale Ayurveda Products through Telesales.

Day Shift & 1 Rotational off.
