Job Description
Job Description as a Tele Sales Executive, your Primary job function includes the following:
· Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in the product or service.
· Address customer concerns and objections to overcome potential barriers to a sale.
· Coordinate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of sales.
· Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and guide customers through the sales process.
· Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
· Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they meet the target customer profile.
· Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and offer solutions that align with their requirements.
Quali?cations
· Graduation
Key Skills
· Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convince potential customers to make a purchase.
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience
Minimum experience of 2years in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role is beneficial. OR
Steady experience in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales tools.
