We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell unsecured loan products (Over draft, business loans, etc.) over the phone. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their loan needs, and converting leads into successful sales while ensuring excellent customer service.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or inbound inquiries.
• Explain the features, benefits, terms, and eligibility criteria of unsecured loans clearly and persuasively.
• Understand the financial requirements of customers and match them with suitable loan options.
• Collect and verify necessary documents and ensure a smooth loan application process.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain an updated database of leads, follow-up schedules, and call logs.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally and efficiently.
• Work closely with the credit and documentation team to ensure timely loan processing.
