Position: Telesales Executive

Location: BSK FINTECH PVT LTD 

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Credit Card Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our credit card products, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling and warm leads.

Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our credit card offerings, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Sales Conversion: Persuasively close sales by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to better serve customers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role, preferably in financial services.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
