Job Description
Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecalling Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for student and tourist visa inquiries, converting leads into walk-ins, and achieving monthly sales targets. Experience in the overseas education or immigration industry will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telecalling to prospective leads for student and tourist visa services.
- Convert telephonic inquiries into walk-in consultations.
- Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to maintain engagement and push conversions.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status on CRM or assigned platforms.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide accurate information regarding visa processes, documentation, and services offered.
- Work collaboratively with counsellors and other team members to ensure smooth conversion and handover of leads.
- Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling sales, preferably in the overseas education or immigration industry.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Persuasive and confident with a strong ability to convert leads.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Good knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- Ability to handle pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
