Job Description
Looking for a telesales for home loans and LAPs (Loan Against Property) makes outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain products, services, and eligibility. They also work to collect data and improve customer experience. Experience- 1-2 years Responsibilities Outbound calls: Make calls to customers who have applied for or enquired about home loans Explain products: Explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria Understand needs: Understand customers" needs and provide tailored solutions Collect data: Collect data on the impacts of the company's services Follow up: Follow up with prospects after meetings with the sales officer Maintain records: Maintain daily call records and submit progress reports Qualifications: 12th grade or higher education, Fluent communication skills in the local language, and Basic computer skills like Excel & MS WordExp. Other tasks Establish contact with prospects, Analyze needs, Profile eligibility, Set up appointments, and Transfer customers to the appropriate department for further action.
