You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into customers. The ideal candidate is target-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads. Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products or services. Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively. Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize campaigns. Update CRM systems with lead status and follow-up notes. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of telesales or sales experience (B2C or B2B). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Confident, proactive, and self-motivated. Basic computer and CRM software proficiency. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
