Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Agent, located in Howrah. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via telephone, explaining our services, and persuading them to make a purchase. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, providing high-quality customer service, and meeting sales targets. The Telesales Agent will also be responsible for attending training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Customer Support and Sales Adept at Training and staying updated with product knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both independently and within a team Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred,
