Telesales Executive Is Responsible For Selling Products Or Services Over The Phone Using Inbound And Outbound Calls, Achieving Sales Targets, Maintaining Customer Relationships, And Handling Inquiries Or Complaints. The Role Requires Strong Communication, Persuasion, And Negotiation Skills.Key Responsibilities:Contact Potential And Existing Customers To Inform Them About Products Or Services, Using Sales Scripts And Adapting As Needed.Answer Customer Questions, Understand Their Needs, And Provide Suitable Recommendations.Persuade Customers To Make Purchases, Upsell Or Cross-Sell Where Possible, And Close Sales.
