Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist, located in Surat. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team. The daily tasks will include list management, contacting potential customers, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
