We're hiring a Telemarketing Representative! If you're great at talking to people and love connecting customers with solutions, join our team.

You'll make outbound calls, introduce our products/services, and generate qualified leads. This is a key role in growing our customer base.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Present product/service information clearly and concisely.

Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.

Answer questions and address concerns professionally.

Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Follow up with leads to nurture sales.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.

Collaborate with the showroom team.

Qualifications:

Experience in telemarketing, telesales, or call centers preferred.

Mid to Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong listening skills and a persuasive attitude.

Comfortable with CRM software and sales tools.

Able to handle rejections professionally and stay positive.
