Your role will involve contacting potential clients, explaining the benefits of our software, providing demonstrations, and maintaining organized client data. Fluency in Malayalam is essential for this position. Your responsibilities will include contacting potential customers from provided lists, discussing the software features, understanding customer needs in stock market trading, logging customer responses in an Excel sheet, handling queries and objections, and maintaining a professional and customer-centric communication approach. Requirements for this role include fluency in Malayalam, with knowledge of Tamil being a plus, understanding of stock market trading, strong communication and persuasive skills, ability to maintain accurate customer records in Excel, and prior experience in telemarketing or sales would be advantageous.
