1. Lead Calling & Conversion
a. Call daily leads from data sources
b. Counsel prospects about course options and benefits
c. Fix walk-ins or video counseling appointments
2. Follow-up & Lead Management
a. Regularly follow up with interested leads via calls/WhatsApp
b. Maintain and update lead tracker (hot, warm, cold)
3. Counseling & Course Guidance
a. Explain course details, duration, fees, university, and exam mode
b. Match courses to students' work profile and career goals
4. Admission Closure Support
a. Coordinate with the sales head for closing
b. Collect documents and guide on payment steps
5. Daily Reporting & Targets
a. Meet daily call and conversion targets
b. Share daily report on calls made, leads converted, and walk-ins
6. CRM/Data Entry
a. Enter and update student data and communication logs
b. Tag follow-up dates and student interest status
