Job Description

Position Overview We are hiring a Team Leader whose primary responsibility is to lead, coach, and manage a high-performing lead generation team. You will oversee a team of up to 15 lead generation agents and drive exceptional results through effective team management, performance monitoring, and strategic coaching.


Key Responsibilities


Team Leadership & Coaching (Primary Focus)

  • Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 lead generation agents
  • Provide ongoing coaching and skills development to maximize team performance
  • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions and team meetings
  • Create and implement training programs to improve lead generation techniques
  • Foster a positive, results-driven team culture

Performance & KPI Monitoring


  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (calls made, leads qualified, conversion rates)
  • Monitor individual and team metrics in real-time
  • Generate performance reports and present insights to senior management
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans
  • Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team


Team Management & Development

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new lead generation agents
  • Manage team schedules and ensure optimal coverage
  • Handle performance management and disciplinary actions when needed
  • Implement process improvements to increase lead generation efficiency
  • Maintain team morale and reduce turnover

Results-Driven Leadership


  • Drive team to consistently meet and exceed lead generation quotas
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained across all generated leads
  • Collaborate with sales teams to optimize lead handoff processes
  • Continuously optimize team strategies to improve lead generation volume and quality


Requirements

  • Proven team leadership experience - minimum 2 years managing sales/lead generation teams
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
  • Experience with KPI tracking and performance management systems
  • Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
  • Outstanding English communication skills
  • Experience in lead generation or outbound sales environments
  • Willing to work night shift hours on-site
  • Ability to motivate and drive results through others
