Job Title: Team Leader - Tele Sales

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader for our Tele Sales and Retail Counter Sales process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing sales teams, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring high-performance levels. As a Team Leader, you will also be involved in taking calls and handling customer inquiries when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the tale sales and retail counter sales teams

Monitor and track team performance against sales targets

Conduct training and provide feedback to team members

Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues

Take calls as per the process requirements

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Prepare and submit performance reports to management

Motivate and support the team to achieve targets and goals

Foster a positive and productive work environment

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role, preferably in tele sales or retail

Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Previous experience in taking calls and managing customer interactions

Good understanding of sales processes and KPIs
