Job Description
We are looking for a fluent English-speaking Telecaller with excellent communication and convincing skills to reach out to international clients, follow up on leads, and help develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to international prospects and introduce our company and products
- Communicate professionally and fluently in English with decision-makers across countries
- Generate interest, identify needs, and share company profile or offers
- Follow up consistently with potential clients via calls and emails
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and client responses in CRM or Excel
- Coordinate with the sales team to support conversion and business development efforts
- Build rapport and help in nurturing long-term client relationships
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in international calling or B2B sales (preferred but not mandatory)
